One of our most successful projects in terms of yield.
Purchased for £600,000 we carried out a full loft conversion and rear extension with addition of a roof terrace and extensive remodelling. The flat was expanded from a 2 bed 1 bath to a 5 bed 4 bath HMO. The property generates £70,200 a year in gross income and is a very beneficial part of the fund.
